Yes — any machine, any brand, any age, including manual and conventional machines. On day one nothing connects to the machine: a tablet sits next to it and the operator logs on it. Newer CNCs can optionally be connected directly through their controller later.

Not to start. Operator tablets get the whole floor live in one afternoon with no wiring. When you want counting to be hands-free, add a small auto-count box per machine that reads the machine's cycle signal, or connect the CNC controller directly — machine by machine, whenever you're ready.

Direct controller connection is rolling out for Fanuc, Haas and Mitsubishi controls: part counts, running/idle state, alarms with codes, cycle times and the active program come straight from the control, read-only, through a small gateway on your factory network. Ask about it in the demo.
